If you are traveling or injured and would like to put your membership on hold instead of cancelling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form on this page. This will serve as your 28-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 28-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation of membership prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires a 28 day notice prior to billing date. Cancellation of membership prior to expiration of a specified commitment period requires a termination fee equivalent to the balance owed for your time with an active membership i.e. if the difference between a 28 week agreement and month to month agreement is $15 and the 28 agreement is terminated early, the balance for all active months is owed upon cancellation.
